We had our most expensive, fanciest, most mind changing meal of our lives. 

What is a Michelin Star restaurant?

It is the best of the best. It means the food is of the highest quality everything is thought out and delivered in a great performance by the chef. From the service to the environment it is beyond perfect. There is only four cities in the States and we happened to live in one.

I have never seen Chef Ryan for a loss of words. He couldn't even describe how he felt, he goT better by the end of the night.

 

We went to our first two star Michelin Restaurant, Commis. Located in Oakland in the Piedmont area. It was phenomenal, from its 8 courses to its inspirinG service. If you want to experience this epic food venture check out their website below, also you will need book reservations. So plan a head.

-newtown pippin apple with eucalyptus- 
 
-caramelized onion financier with sour cream garnish-
-red beetroot with redwood salt, horseradish mousse with frozen quite, mustard weingut richter-
