ROASTED SEA BASS w/ COCONUT CORN CURRY SAUCE

THE COCONUT CORN CURRY SAUSE RECIPE
I like to call this the tongue twister recipe, come on try saying that three times. Let's just settle with the 3C sauce.
What you Need
1 cup fresh corn
2 cups coconut milk
1Tb Yellow Curry Powder
1 Tb butter
Add butter to Shallow bottom pot, add corn and curry and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. Add Coconut milk and simmer for 15 minutes. Transfer to blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Great on Fish or Grill Chicken.
